Abstract:Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of quadruple therapy combined with Rebamipide and probiotics in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive gastric ulcers.Methods:120 patients with Hp-positive gastric ulcer were di-vided into control group(n=60,conventional quadruple therapy)and combined group(n=60,addition of rebamipide combined with probiotics)according to different treatment methods. The two groups were compared in terms of total effective rate of treatment and changes of serum peptide gastrointestinal hormones[motilin(MTL),gastrin(Gas),somatostatin(SS),ad-renomedullin(AM)]and T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment, and the histopathological conditions under gastrosco-py and adverse reactions were compared. Results:Compared with the control group, the combined group had higher total treat-ment effective rate(P<0.05).The MTL,Gas and AM in the combined group after treatment were lower(P<0.05)while the SS was higher compared to the control group(P<0.05),and the CD3+and CD4+levels were higher(P<0.05)while the CD8+level was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the gastric mucosal epidermal injury score was lower in the combined group after treatment(P<0.05),and the Hp eradication rate was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rebamipide combined with probiotics for patients with Hp-positive gastric ulcer can enhance the Hp eradication rate, improve the levels of gastrointestinal hormones and T lymphocyte subsets, and relieve the gastric mucosal epidermal injury, and it will not increase adverse reactions.
