Abstract:Objective:From the perspective of multi-level governance,understand the influence of family support for medi-cal interns on the quality and efficiency of internships,analyze the key influencing factors therein,and propose countermeasures.Methods:In May 2025,a total of 372 medical Interns from a provincial medical college in Sichuan Province were selected using stratified random sampling.A questionnaire survey was conducted utilizing three instruments:a general information question-naire,the Self-assessment Scale of Internship Quality and Efficiency,and the Family Support Self-rating Scale.The impact of family support on internship quality and efficiency were analyzed.Results:The mean score for internship quality and efficiency a-mong medicine students was 77.91±10.95 points,while the mean score for the Family Support Self-rating Scale was 11.31±2.62 points.Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that satisfaction with the integration of theory and practice,emotional support intensity,consistency between post-graduation destinations and family expectations,economic support intensity,and fre-quency of internship burnout were the main factors affecting the quality and effectiveness of internships(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality and efficiency of internships for medicine students are at a moderate level.During the internship teaching process,particular attention should be given to interns experiencing low satisfaction with the integration of theory and practice,poor a-lignment between post-graduation destinations and family expectations,high internship burnout frequency,insufficient economic support,and inadequate emotional support.
