    目的:探讨不同去龋备洞方法在龋齿儿童的效果及对牙齿敏感性、牙髓活力的影响。方法:选取收治的102例 龋齿儿童作为研究对象,按照去龋备洞方法不同分为 A 组(n=51,接受传统涡轮手机治疗)和 B组(n=51,接受化学机械治 疗)。比较两组患儿围手术期指标及治疗后的修复效果、治疗前后的牙齿敏感性、牙髓活力及并发症发生情况。结果:B组患 儿的术后持续疼痛时间、首次正常进食时间均低于 A 组(P<0.05);去龋备洞总耗时、FBRS评分高于 A 组(P<0.05);B组患 儿的修复效果与 A 组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3个月,两组患儿的 Tactile值及 Schiff评分均较术前降低 (P<0.05),且 B组低于 A 组(P<0.05);两组患儿的牙髓电活力值较术前上升(P<0.05),但 B组低于 A 组(P<0.05)。B 组的相关并发症与 A 组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:化学机械去龋相较于传统涡轮手机能减轻患儿术中 疼痛、应激及术后敏感,且对牙髓血流干扰更小。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To explore the effects of different methods of caries removal and cavity preparation on children with dental caries and the influence on tooth sensitivity and pulp vitality. Methods: A total of 102 children with dental caries were selected as research subjects and divided into group A (n=51, traditional turbine handset therapy) and group B (n=51, chemo-mechanical therapy) according to the different methods of caries removal and cavity preparation. The perioperative indexes, repair effect after treatment, tooth sensitivity and pulp vitality before and after treatment and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups of children. Results: In group B, the postoperative pain duration and first normal meal time were shorter than those in group A (P<0.05), and the total time required for caries removal and cavity preparation as well as FBRS score were longer or higher than those in group A (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the repair effect between group B and group A (P>0.05). At 3 months after surgery, both groups showed decreased Tactile value and Schiff score compared to before surgery (P<0.05), with group B showing lower values than group A (P<0.05). The electric pulp value was increased in both groups compared to before surgery (P<0.05), but the value was lower in group B than that in group A (P<0.05). No statistical differences in the related complications were found between group B and group A (P>0.05). Conclusion: Chemo-mechanical caries removal can more relieve intraoperative pain, stress and postoperative sensitivity compared to traditional turbine handset, with smaller interference to pulp blood flow.
