    Abstract:

Objective:To explore the influence of holistic nursing based on evidence-based concept on middle-aged and elderly patients with pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD).Methods:Clinical data of 100 middle-aged and elderly PFD patients were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods, the above patients were classified into control group(n=47,routine nursing)and ob-servation group(n=53,routine nursing+holistic nursing based on evidence-based concept). The negative emotions scores, pelvic floor muscle strength grading, pelvic floor function and quality of life before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared be-tween the two groups. Results:After nursing, the anxiety scores, depression scores, and the scores of pelvic floor function in the observa-tion group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the pelvic muscle strength grade of the observation group was better, and the life quality score of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in observation group(93.34%)was higher than that in control group(78.72%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holistic nursing based on evidence-based concept can improve the negative emotions, pelvic floor muscle strength and pelvic floor function of PFD pa-tients,and it has a good rehabilitation effect and can also enhance the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
