    Abstract:

    < positive >1 case data patient, male, 51 years old. He was admitted to the hospital in November 2023 because of "ocular mass found for more than 4 years, creatinine increased for more than 2 years, abdominal pain for 1 week". In September 2019, the patient was hospitalized in the Department of Ophthalmology due to a mass above the outer orbit of the left eye. Blood IgG4 0.684 g/l, but>10 s, corneal staining, blood and urine routine, liver and kidney function, kidney and pancreas color Doppler ultrasound showed no obvious abnormalities. Orbital MRI: soft tissue mass in the left lacrimal gland area with a maximum diameter of 3.4 cm. Color Doppler ultrasound showed bilateral submandibular gland enlargement.
