    Abstract:

< positive >1 case data the patient, a 12-year-old female, was admitted to the hospital because of "progressive nasal congestion and snoring for 1+ years, signs of hearing loss in the right ear for 1 month". The electronic nasopharyngoscopy showed that there was a smooth hard block on the posterior wall of the nasopharynx, the size of which was 4.0cm × 5.0 cm. The patient's right pharyngeal tympanic orifice could not be seen clearly due to tumor pressure, and the posterior nostril was almost blocked. CT showed that there was an abnormal soft tissue in the right nasopharynx and pharyngeal orifice, with a size of 3.0 cm × 3.5 cm × 5.0 cm, clear elasticity and irregular granular calcification (Fig. 1). No abnormality was found in other examinations. Under general anesthesia with controlled hypotension, nasal endoscopes and electric drills produced by Stryker and Medtronic were used for surgery.
