    Abstract:

    < positive > 1 case data the patient, a 31 year old male, was admitted to the hospital because of "night sweat for 4 months, nasal erosion for 1 month". Four months ago, there was no obvious inducement for night sweats, accompanied by slight pharyngeal pain, decreased appetite and water reflux, accompanied by weight loss, and slight obstruction of bilateral nasal cavities. One month ago, after nose digging, erosion at the columella was found, which gradually expanded to the bilateral nasal vestibule, accompanied by nasal pain and purulent and smelly nasal secretions, without epistaxis, cough, expectoration, hearing loss, tinnitus, abdominal pain, diarrhea, etc. The patient did not pay attention to it, and his condition gradually aggravated, so he came to the hospital for treatment in emergency. The patient complained of EB virus hepatitis 5 years ago and recovered after treatment; Denied the history of drug allergy; Denied a family history of hereditary disease.
