Abstract:< positive >1 Medical Record Case 1: The patient is a 16-year-old female who presented with decreased vision in her right eye accompanied by photopsia for 3 days. Past medical history: none. Ophthalmic examination: corrected visual acuity of 0.4 in her right eye and 1.0 in her left eye. No significant abnormalities were observed in the anterior segments of both eyes. Fundus photography revealed scattered yellowish-white spots in the macular and peripapillary regions. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) showed unclear and discontinuous ellipsoidal structures in the macular fovea. Fundus autofluorescence (FAF) imaging of the right eye demonstrated irregular strong fluorescence in the macular region and around the optic disc. Fundus fluorescence angiography (FFA) revealed scattered irregular slightly strong fluorescence in the posterior pole.
