Abstract:Objective:To explore the molecular mechanism of resveratrol(RSV)in the treatment of oral squamous cell carcino-ma(OSCC)based on the combination of transcriptome and proteome. Methods:Oral squamous cell carcinoma HSC-3 cells were cul-tured in vitro and divided into the control group and RSV group.Combined transcriptome and proteome analysis was performed in con-trol group and RSV group to screen key targets and related signaling pathways for intervention in OSCC.The cells were divided into blank control group,RSV 50 μmol/L group, and RSV 100 μmol/L group,mRNA expression levels of core differential genes/proteins,namely neural cadherin(N-cadherin),Vimentin,epithelial cadherin(E-cadherin)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP9)were detec-ted by RT-qPCR and Western blot. Results:After RSV treatment of HSC-3 cells, transcriptome analysis showed that there were 422 dif-ferentially expressed genes in RSV group,of which 276 were up-regulated and 146 were down-regulated.Differentially expressed genes were mainly concentrated in epithelial mesenchymal transformation(EMT)signaling pathway.Proteomic analysis showed that there were 644 differentially expressed proteins in RSV group,of which 342 were up-regulated and 302 were down-regulated.By combining transcriptome-proteome comparisons,117 intersection targets were identified, including E-cadherin,N-cadherin,MMP9 and Vimentin in EMT signaling pathways. The results of RT-qPCR showed that RSV up-regulated the expression of E-cadherin mRNA and down-regula-ted the expression of N-cadherin,Vimentin and MMP9 mRNA,which was consistent with the transcriptomic results.Western blot experi-ment results showed that RSV treatment increased the protein expression level of E-cadherin and decreased the protein expression level of N-cadherin,Vimentin and MMP9,which was positively correlated with RSV concentration and consistent with proteomic results.Con-clusion:RSV inhibits the metastasis of oral squamous cell by regulating the expression of EMT signaling pathway molecules E-cadherin,N-cadherin,MMP9 and Vimentin in HSC-3 cells.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the risk factors of multi-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa(MDRPA)infection in diabet-ic foot ulcer(DFU),and to analyze the prognosis status.Methods:296 DFU patients were selected as the study objects, and 99 patients with PA infection(197 patients without PA infection)were divided into MDRPA group(n=54)and non-MDRPA group(n=45)ac-cording to the results of bacterial culture and drug susceptibility test.Univariate analysis and Logistic multivariate analysis were per-formed to analyze the risk factors of MDRPA in patients with DFU,and the prognosis of the two groups was compared. Results:Among 296 patients,320 strains of pathogenic bacteria were cultured, mainly 163 strains of Gram-negative bacteria(50.94%).The drug re-sistance rates of MDRPA to cephalosporins such as ceftazidime,cefepime,piperacillin/tazobactam and ciprofloxacin were>80%,and the drug resistance rate to levofloxacin was<70%.The body mass index, proportions of peripheral neuropathy, peripheral vascular dis-ease and osteomyelitis, antibacterial drug type and use time of antibacterial drug in MDRPA group were higher than those in non-MDR-PA group(P<0.05).Osteomyelitis,hospitalization history of the same ulcer before admission, antibacterial drug type, use time of anti-bacterial drug and Wagner grading were risk factors for MDRPA infection in DFU patients(P<0.05).Compared with non-MDRPA group,MDRPA group had lower cure rate(P<0.05)and higher amputation/toe rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:The main pathogenic bacteria of MDRPA infection in DFU patients is Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which has certain resistance to common antibacterial drugs. The main risk factors for MDRPA infection in DFU patients are osteomyelitis, hospitalization history of the same ulcer before admission, type of antibiotics, duration of antibiotic use and Wagner grade. The prognosis of MDRPA patients is poor.

Abstract:< Zheng > the patient, a 42 year old male, was found to have a tumor on the upper neck near the medial edge of the mandibular angle in October 2023, without conscious pain, tenderness, itching and other discomfort. Color Doppler ultrasound was performed in the 940 Hospital of the joint service support force of the Chinese people's Liberation Army to indicate lymph node enlargement. Considering that it was caused by upper respiratory tract infection, the tumor did not become smaller after taking amoxicillin according to the doctor's advice for half a month, so the drug was stopped automatically. Then he went to the outside hospital for color Doppler ultrasound to suggest a solid space occupying lesion above the left carotid bifurcation. CT showed a 4 cm × 3 cm tumor on the inner side of the left mandibular angle. For further diagnosis and treatment, he went to the 940 Hospital of the joint service support force of the Chinese people's Liberation Army on December 22, 2023.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of vibration training combined with routine exercise rehabilitation nursing on knee proprioception, balance function and joint function recovery in patients after anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction.Methods:190 patients after ACL reconstruction were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing intervention methods, each group had 95 cases. The control group was given routine exercise rehabilitation, and the observation group was given vi-bration training on the basis of routine exercise rehabilitation. Before and 6 weeks after the intervention, the knee joint active angle re-currence test value(AAR),the muscle strength of the affected knee joint muscle group[knee extension and knee flexion peak torque(PT)],Berg scale(BBS)score, fall index,Lysholm score(LKS)and International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)score were evaluated. Results:Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in AAR,PT value of knee extension,PT value of knee flexion,BBS score, fall index,LKS score and IKDC score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 weeks of intervention, the knee joint AAR(30 °and 60 °)and fall index of both groups of patients decreased, and the observation group was smaller than the con-trol group(P<0.05),the PT of knee extension and flexion,BBS score,LKS score, and IKDC score all increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vibration training combined with routine rehabilitation nursing can improve the proprioception of knee joint, improve the balance function and better restore the function of knee joint in patients with ACL reconstruction.
